The house is currently divided into 2 parts with the Gîte as a separate part at the end. It would be very simple to return it to a whole house.
All modification and building work was photographed when carried out so there is a pictorial record of the processes.
A new oil fired boiler was installed in 2017 and feeds 17 radiators although there is capacity to add more. The electrical boards ( 3 phase) and foss septique were installed after we purchased the property in October 2002.The property has mains metered water.
Both lounges have existing chimneys but only one has a wood burning stove. (There is approx 10m3 of wood in the barn which is available to purchase separately from the house price at around 600€)
All windows and exterior doors are UPVC Double glazed and installed by a local company. The 5 Velux windows in the roof are laso double glazed.
